1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Atlas app, Coach Console website, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of Atlas.

2. Purpose of the App

Atlas is designed to help coaches and athletes plan training, track personal records, record meet results, and manage athlete programs. Atlas does not provide medical advice, live scoring, athlete registration, or official federation results.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use Atlas solely for its intended purpose.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of programs, personal records, meet entries, and other information you enter.
• If you use Atlas as a coach, you represent that you are authorized to collect and process the athlete information you store, including invitation emails and training data.
• You acknowledge that competition information may change, and you should verify details with official sources.

4. Data Collection

Atlas processes account, coaching, training, invitation, diagnostic, and support information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used, when it is shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide useful programming and meet tools, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of training prescriptions, competition data, or third-party integrations. We are not responsible for missed sessions, missed events, injury, or reliance on information provided in Atlas.

6. Modifications to the App

We may update or modify Atlas without prior notice to improve functionality or add features.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to Atlas at our discretion if misuse or abuse of the app occurs.
