1. Acceptance Of Terms

By downloading or using the Atlas app, Coach Console website, Atlas desktop app, the atlas command-line tool, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of Atlas.

2. Purpose Of The App

Atlas is designed to help coaches and athletes plan training, track personal records, record meet results, and manage athlete programs. Atlas does not provide medical advice, live scoring, athlete registration, or official federation results.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use Atlas solely for its intended purpose.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of programs, personal records, meet entries, and other information you enter.
• If you use Atlas as a coach, you represent that you are authorized to collect and process the athlete information you store, including invitation emails and training data.
• You acknowledge that competition information may change, and you should verify details with official sources.

4. Data Collection

Atlas processes account, coaching, training, invitation, diagnostic, and support information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used, when it is shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, And Refunds

Atlas has a free plan and paid plans priced by the number of athletes on a club's roster, as listed on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, to the club owner through the Coach Console, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Clubs do not pay in the Atlas app.

• Moving to a smaller plan. You can move to a smaller paid plan at any time. If you do so partway through a billing period, we refund the difference between the two plans for the time left in that period.
• No other refunds. The free plan lets you use every Atlas feature, for as long as you like, before you pay. Apart from the partial refund for moving to a smaller plan, payments are not refundable, including when you cancel, stop using Atlas partway through a billing period, or have fewer athletes than your plan allows.
• Cancellation and failed payments. Cancelling stops your next renewal. After a cancellation or a failed payment, your club has 7 days to resolve it. After that, the club owner chooses 5 athletes to keep on the free plan, the rest are archived with their data kept, and coaches lose the MeetCal subscription included with paid plans.
• Founding pricing. The first 50 paying clubs pay 30% less than the listed price for as long as their subscription stays active.

Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund you have under the law where you live.

6. Desktop App, Updates, And Customization

The Atlas desktop app checks for, downloads, and installs updates automatically, and installs a downloaded update when you restart or quit it. Updates are signed by MeetCal LLC, and the app installs only updates whose signature it can verify.

Coaches may change their own copy of the desktop app's interface, themselves or with an AI agent. You are responsible for the changes you make or direct, including what they show, send, or change in Atlas, and for keeping private information out of them. Changed copies still use your Atlas account and remain subject to these terms. As described in our Privacy Policy, the desktop app reports how its interface was changed, the reasons written for those changes, and the changes themselves unless you turn that off in Settings.

7. Limitation Of Liability

We strive to provide useful programming and meet tools, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of training prescriptions, competition data, or third-party integrations. We are not responsible for missed sessions, missed events, injury, or reliance on information provided in Atlas.

8. Modifications To The App

We may update or modify Atlas without prior notice to improve functionality or add features.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to Atlas at our discretion if misuse or abuse of the app occurs.
