Questions
Who counts as an athlete?
Anyone on your roster who isn’t archived. Archiving an athlete frees their slot, and logging in or training doesn’t change the count. Coaches don’t count, and neither does a coach’s own training profile when they coach themselves. A coach whose training someone else programs does count.
What happens when my roster outgrows my plan?
Adding an athlete past your limit asks the club owner to upgrade. Assistant coaches are asked to check with the owner.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes, at any time. Atlas suggests a smaller plan when your roster fits one. If you move down partway through a billing period, we refund the difference for the time left in it.
Do you offer refunds?
Only that partial refund when you move to a smaller plan. The Free plan lets you try every feature for as long as you like before you pay, so payments aren’t otherwise refunded, including when you cancel.
What if I cancel or a payment fails?
You get 7 days of grace. After that you choose 5 athletes to keep on the Free plan, the rest are archived with all their data, and your coaches lose MeetCal. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: up to 5 athletes with every feature, for as long as you like.
How does the founding price work?
The first 50 paying clubs get 30% off for as long as they stay subscribed, on monthly or annual billing.
What is white-glove setup?
We move your club into Atlas for you: your existing training programs and your whole roster, imported and checked. While the founding offer lasts, it comes with any paid plan billed annually. After that, it comes with annual Organization plans and clubs over 100 athletes.
Can I pay in the app?
No. Clubs subscribe in the coach console on the web. The app is free for coaches and athletes.
